Check-in and Check-out
✔️ Check-in: From 2:00 PM. Your stay will be charged at check-in.
✔️ Check-out: By 11:00 AM.
✔️ Restaurant and other consumptions will be charged at check-out.
✔️ Late check-outs may be available upon request (subject to availability and extra fees).
✔️ After check-out, you may enjoy the 1st floor (terrace, garden, restaurant/bar). The pool and other areas are only for checked-in guests.
✔️ Reception: 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. For emergencies, dial 211.
✔️ Breakfast: 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM. Do not take food after breakfast.
✔️ If leaving early, request a picnic the day before.
✔️ Restaurant: Lunch and dinner from 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM.
✔️ Meals are made with fresh products from our plantation and local suppliers.
✔️ Cocktail Bar: 12:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Try local cocktails and grogue.
✔️ Pool: Open 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
✔️ Spa: Massages by reservation. Book at reception.
✔️ Tours & Transport: We arrange tours, hikes, car rentals, and transfers.
✔️ We use solar panels for electricity and hot water.
✔️ Pool water is reused for garden irrigation.
✔️ We maintain an organic plantation for our kitchen.
✔️ Water is scarce; occasional shortages may happen, but we resolve them quickly.
✔️ Electricity is costly—please use it mindfully.
✔️ Personal Belongings: Use the safe or inquire at reception.
✔️ Damages: Guests are liable for any property damage.
✔️ Noise: Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
✔️ Furniture: Do not move furniture. Ask staff for help if needed.
✔️ Room Towels: Not for pool use. Pool towels available at reception.
✔️ Drying Clothes: Avoid using the balcony. Laundry service available.
✔️ Food in Rooms: Avoid food in rooms to prevent pests.
✔️ Kitchen Access: Guests are not allowed. Staff is available to assist.
✔️ Housekeeping: Place card on door if you want the room cleaned.
✔️ Smoking: Not allowed in rooms or indoor areas. Use garden near music stage.
✔️ Shared Items: Books and games available—please return them after use.
