On the afternoon of March 5, 2022, Hotel Château Georgette was honored to receive a visit from the President of the National Assembly of Cape Verde, Dr. Austelino Correia, along with his delegation. The “guardian of our democracy,” who was warmly welcomed with typical delicacies from Paul, remarked that the concept of our hotel is both special and unique, and he congratulated our initiative to incorporate ecological systems, such as solar energy. Dr. Correia stated that he will return soon to Hotel Château Georgette and suggested that the Council of Ministers hold its session at our hotel at the end of May 2022. The Georgette Group is deeply honored by this esteemed visit and looks forward to welcoming him back soon.
