It was with great pride that I inaugurated, at the end of the day yesterday, the Hotel Chateau Georgette—a 100% national investment by three Cape Verdeans, emigrants from the Netherlands who returned to our country and decided to invest in a landmark tourism enterprise. Congratulations to Mrs. Georgette Pires and the couple Cláudia Ramos and Nilton Monteiro for this exceptional project, which features beautiful architecture harmoniously integrated into nature. This remarkable investment aligns perfectly with our vision for ecological tourism—a green hotel powered by renewable energy and committed to superior quality. We are delighted that it is located in the municipality of Paúl, where there is a significant need for hotel investments. I wish the investors success and hope that their example inspires other emigrants to invest in their homeland.
